Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in Natural Dragonfly Wellness and our quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any remaining portion to our warehouse for a full refund, (less any shipping costs), within 14 days of purchase.

In order to refund your purchase you must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number, prior to shipping it back. To begin the refund process, please email us at naturaldragonflywellness@gmail.com and include your name, email and order number.

Please allow 24 hours for a response and shipping instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is advised to ship with tracking for peace of mind during the shipment back.
